CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE_Inbound
We will entrust you to:
- Answer calls and e-emails
- Guide customers throught invoices
- Provide technical support
What we expect:
- Fluency in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish languages and good English skills
- Experience in customer service
- Strong multitasking skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Possibility to work on a Hibrid way: work at home and on the client site when needed
- Have own equipments to work at home (headsets, internet, computer)
- Living at 45kms from Ribeirão, Vila Nova de Famalicão
