In this exciting period of growth, both within the UK and on the international stage, we are now looking for an experienced Visual Designer who wants to be part of this journey.

What you'll do

• Design compelling assets for use by Sales and Marketing such as Keynote, Google slide presentations, one pager PDFs, flowcharts and metric graphs, social media graphics, etc.
• Design compelling assets for use by HR and Talent Teams such as employee handbook, events design material, internal employee documents, Notion documenting, employer branding initiatives, etc.
• Web-design: updating existing and designing new web-pages, creating visual assets, infographics, case studies, etc.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI Designers to ensure alignment of the visual standards being applied within the product as well as through our other channels;
• Collaborate with different departments in order to understand their communication needs in order to apply visual problem-solving strategies to bring those ideas to life;

• Have 2-4 years of experience working as a visual designer or equivalent role;
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates experience, style and attention to detail;
• Have a deep understanding of design concepts, such as iconography for example;
• You are used to working with Adobe and Google Slides (Figma is a plus!);
• Have the desire to collaborate with different departments and help building a strong voice across Fidel as a company;
