Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

  • Participate in the definition and deployment of the maintenance area and core areas strategy;
  • Deployment of maintenance targets, monitoring and assurance of daily accomplishments;
  • Analyze of the areas' different processes;
  • Identify areas of improvement through the use of Value Stream Design (VSDiA) methodology in order to optimize processes;
  • Participate on the definition and deployment of the Improvement process, S-CIP;
  • Plan and monitor maintenance procedures to ensure the availability of tools and to ensure that HR is allocated efficiently, avoiding duplication and ensuring cooperation with other areas;
  • Operational coordination of the maintenance team to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of tools;
  • Promote team spirit and cooperation, in order to create and keep the teams motivated and with an high performance;
  • Define and manage the preventive maintenance plans.

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Master degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Experience > 3 years of professional experience;
  • Knowledge and practical training in the field of stamping tools (Cutting die maintenance) is valued;
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project);
  • Proficient with technical drawing 2D and 3D;
  • Proficient in materials and surface treatment;
  • Proficient with SAP;
  • Previous experience in maintenance is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english;
  • Result oriented and pro-active attitude;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Problem solving and creativity mindset;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Attention to detail.
