Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

The Central Reporting Service ensures for the Processes TrainM and CptM data delivery for parties involved in the processes TrainM and/or CptM who due to technical necessary restrictions can?t evaluate the data needed for running/pushing the processes. The Central Reporting Service has an overall access and takes over the GDPR-conform reporting on commonly shared Curricula and training measures as well as overall data for Audits and such

• Deliver reports from Learning Management System to Training Providers, Corporate Settingowners and Compliance Offices for Legal and Audit reporting.
• On behalf of the requester, the Central Reporting Team will check the legal basis for the requested data, evaluate the data and document the forwarded evaluations.
• Analyses requests received and provides consultancy on the output, when applicable.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Bachelor Degree in Economics or similar
• Organized and with good communication skills (verbal and written in English, if possible also German)
• Good MS-Office Excel knowledge
• Report "reading" and "understanding"
• Capability to understand and adapt guidelines (CD 02610 ...), process conformity
• Analytical mindset
• Team player
• English B2
