We are seeking a polyvalent, hands-on Head of Customer Success to help Tesselo drive retention, ensure customer engagement and co-develop products.

The candidate will act under the supervision of C-level management and in close collaboration with the Head of Sales & Marketing and the Tech team.

At the moment, the focus will be on 2 markets: forest management (in particular timber producers) and vegetation monitoring around critical infrastructure (in particular electricity transporters).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects to successful completion
  • Seamlessly take the baton from Sales to ensure a smooth project implementation and secure the loyalty of our clients
  • Build and leverage client relationships to ensure success throughout the whole project lifecycle
  • Establish efficient CRM processes within the company and generate actionable and customized market insights for your portfolio
  • Crunch data from tech team and translate it into business insights, e.g reports and digital / in-person presentations to clients
  • Showcase customer success and co-create marketing initiatives
  • Turn customers? feedback into new features/products

Experience You Bring

  • 4+ years in strategy consulting or customer success management
  • Stellar project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set: hungry for environmental impact
  • A knack for innovation and creative spins
  • Ability to translate and interpret Science into relatable stories
  • Deep knowledge of CRM and digital marketing tools and channels
  • Proven ability to forge fruitful relationships with a wide span of industries and clients
  • A degree in Engineering, Business, or Science related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bonus points for additional languages

25 - 40k annual gross salary (based on profile)
