This is what you?ll do:

• You will be directly involved in analyzing and developing the growth strategy for one of our high growth markets as well as executing on a number of different projects that will help the market reach the next level:
• Identify key growth opportunities by analyzing our existing product offering and benchmarking to the competitive landscape
• Develop and test different pricing strategies to optimize growth and profitability
• Identify and build key partnerships to strengthen the Emma brand
• Control operational, cross-departmental implementation projects
• Take on tasks in day-to-day operations, help shape processes and optimize them.

• You have demonstrated that you are a self-starter and resourceful in reaching ambitious targets
• You are analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data
• You are hypothesis-driven; you are able to articulate logical hypothesis in the absence of data
• You have good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• You have very good English skills and are a communicative team player.
• You have a Bachelor?s degree in a relevant subject
• Experience in strategy, business development or sales are a plus.
• Experience in a start-up is a plus.
