This is what you'll do:
- You will analyze and understand the growth structure of the company (strategic and operational) thereby bringing Emma in the NL to the next level
- You will be the leader for the next big marketing projects (which come from your initiative) for the Netherlands's fastest-growing sleep-tech company
- Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities and push them beyond what is currently know & tested
- Optimize and scale our marketing channels
- Hire, develop and lead your team of 4
- Invest in profitable growth with the help of a multi-million budget
This is what you'll bring to us:
- You have already acquired experience of 2-3 years or more in the field (s) of consulting, management, start-ups and digital marketing and are ideally already in a leading role of a successful start-up / or e-commerce company
- You are fascinated by fast scalable business models
- You like to think and act rationally and effectively
- You are solution-oriented and have a growth mindset
- You are a self-starter and can work independently
- You are curious and hungry to learn
- You are not afraid to negotiate, train, manage and above all to learn perpetually, and as quickly as possible
- You have led and developed a team
- You are fluent in English & Dutch. Fluency in German is not required at all
- You are analytically strong and have a strong preference for making evidence-based decisions
