This is what you'll do:
- Work with the Marketing Team Lead to grow Emma in the Netherlands
- Drive decision making within the performance marketing channels (TV, SEM, etc.)
- Optimization of TV channels and spending by analyzing data from different tracking software
- Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities and push them beyond what is currently know & tested
- Support the team with data driven insights creation
- Optimize ads together with engagement marketing manager
- Track and optimize our SEM / SEO is cooperation with colleagues of other teams
- Be on track with our keywords
- Push our ads live and pausing them when necessary
- Track performances and suggest improvements
This is what you'll bring to us:
- You are a T-shaped marketer / Growth Hacker, and have acquired some experience in performance marketing channels (AdWords, affiliation, TV, ...),
- You have experience with Google software especially Google ads and Google Analytics
- You are solution-oriented and have a growth mindset
- You are analytically strong and have a strong preference for making evidence-based decisions
- You have practical working experience in a start-up environment and are fascinated by fast scalable business models
- You are fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus)
