A Real Estate Investment Firm with a strong presence in Portugal and Spain is looking for top tier students to their Internship Program.
Your new role
During the course of the program, you will rotate through different business areas such as Acquisitions, Controlling and Commercial in different locations (Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga or Lisbon). You will have the opportunity to gain Real Estate knowledge through a wide range of resources. In addition, you will benefit from precious feedback through regular reviews by the Managers of the various businesses, helping identify and reach your development objectives.
Among others responsibilities, the position entails the development of investment opportunity analyses and their presentation to the team, monitoring and control of managed assets and the preparation of commercial reports, as well as other marketing documents for existing and potential investors.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for recent graduates in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or Business Administration with good academic records and an interest in Real Estate.
Advanced level of English, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is mandatory.
Prior experience such as internships will be valued.
Strong analytical and programming skills, close attention to detail and results, proactivity and the ability to handle a high level of responsibility under limited supervision, excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork ethics, excellent written and oral communication will be valued.
