As the business expands rapidly across the globe (currently 20+ markets), we need a regional market expert to support our city leads, central operations, and ultimately support the growth of our markets.
The Role:
Leading the region's growth through a collaborative acquisition approach and full retention accountability. This person will manage the City Leads and Case Manager?s, with a dotted line through to central Sales and Onboarding functions ensuring there is a consistent flow of available nights from new and existing customers. They will also be responsible for understanding local market trends in order to make recommendations to and collaborate with the central marketing team. The Market Manager will also be the region's expert, identifying challenges such as legislation as well as any opportunities for new or methods to increase revenue through such activities as different letting types and initiatives.
What you will be doing:
Through Homes acquisition, there is a dotted line responsibility for the region's central sales/Onboarding function pushing for high volume of homes within the Houst quality threshold.
Building strategies to increase available nights per host through the from existing clients and building customer engagement strategies to ensure clients satisfaction
Seeking out opportunities across the markets to gain relevant exposure for Houst.
Championing Houst?s mission to free people to make more of themselves and it?s vision to unify the market making Houst the global home of hosting while ensuring the customer promise is upheld across markets.
Overall responsibility for the regions reporting accuracy while working with peers to define and build the right dashboards and tools
Being the regional expert, representing within the business and externally. Working with the central teams to ensure the product continues to deliver value for customers in that region.
Be the region's representative for initiatives owned and run by central SM, working together to ensure our supplier relationships make the most commercial sense and providing physical presence when needed.
