To strengthen our team in we are looking for a
Process Engineer (m/f)
Function Target:
- Develop the necessary plans and activities to follow projects milestones and APQP;
- Design Manufacturing Concept & Process Design for all process;
- Support continuous improvements activities in Manufacturing to ensure elimination of non-add value activities;
- Support the follow-up of all activities to ensure they are in line with targets;
- Ensure the EH&S requirements in shop floor layout.
Minimum & Preferential Requirements:
- University degree - Engineering or similar;
- Previous experience in manufacturing engineering;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in international matrix organization;
- Excellent English skills on a business proficiency level (speaking and writing);
- Very good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office and SAP);
- Good presentation preparation and delivery skills;
- High analytical skills;
- Willingness to achieve results in a team environment;
- High personal motivation and ability to develop practical or innovative alternative approaches to meet objectives;
- Teamwork spirit;
- Self-motivated and independente;
- Willingness to travel (10%).
