IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Support in accounting operations, monthly closing and project controlling
• Analyse purchase orders and respective invoices matching
• Support on cost analysis and control measures and procedures
• Be the point of contact for financial aspects with suppliers in alignment with Purchasing role
• Be the point of contact for expense notes issues
• Monitor inter-company transactions
• Check monthly time bookings for projects and timesheets from suppliers
• Onboarding new employees in time tracking tool
• Support in the allocation of resources in resource management system
• Participation in weekly meetings of Finance Operations
• Improve reports, processes and documentation

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

• At least 1-2 years in controlling or audit firm it?s a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Attention to detail, critical spirit, and proactivity in identifying improvement areas and proposing solutions
• Flexibility to adapt to constant changing processes and procedures
• Good self-organization
• Good communication skills

• Power BI or SAP knowledge would be a plus
• Are curious to understand business functions and financial analysis to assess the performance of the program

Mercedes-Benz.io develops software and technology for the digital platforms of Mercedes-Benz. We are focused on creating digital experiences for the future of Mercedes-Benz mobility worldwide, developing products for Sales & Marketing.

Our main products are the Mercedes-Benz Website worldwide, the e-commerce platform, digital services and aftersales solutions.

We work in Holacracy ? a ?non-classical? framework which represents our operating system within the company. Our setup is based on purpose, circles and roles as well as their specific accountabilities.

This is a full-time position, based in our office in Lisbon. We have a fantastic team with people from all over the world. We encourage frequent collaboration and pairing across disciplines. English is the main working language.
