Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Customer and Price data Senior Specialist is responsible for handling all internal requests for new accounts or updates to existing ones in accordance with internal policies to ensure the accuracy and quality of customer & Price data. Her or his goal will be to deliver all activities on timely manner and with the required quality. In this role, she or he will be part of the Customer and Price Data management team which is responsible for the efficient and effective management of this data. He or she will be supporting projects, including process standardisation related as well as tools implementation ones. The Customer & Price Data Senior Specialist will act as the first point of contact for the process related issues and escalations. He or she will also actively participate in improvement projects which includes leading some of them.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure timely creation of new accounts and updating of existing ones in accordance with internal policies to ensure accuracy and quality of customer & price data
Maintain account pricing, adjustments and exemptions
Ensure all data is maintained accurately and efficiently among all systems
Documenting, reviewing and updating all work procedures pertaining to all aspects of system maintenance
Act as Customer & Price Data Super User, providing support and training to other Customer & Price Data Specialists
Act as the first point of contact for the process related issues and escalations
Manage the relationship with the stakeholders in the business, support their requests and provide guidance
Identify the improvement opportunities and support their implementation
Lead the process and improvement focused projects for Customer & Price Data Management
Lead new projects that will include system testing, making sure that all the defined deadlines are accomplished and act as key point of contact
Create and maintain all system requirements and conditions to meet the stakeholders' expectations before the projects go-live
Manage necessary system changes and upgrades, including the usage of mass upload tools to create tangible efficiencies
Acting as the backup for the TL

Written and spoken English
Very good communication skills

Good Excel skills
Knowledge of LEAN methodology is a benefit
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in SAP
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Master and Price Data activities
Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis
Experience in project management
Experience in SSC/BPO environment
BA degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
