We?re looking for an amazing event manager, who will be responsible for events within Avakin Life. Our events include anything from regular Club venues, Concerts, DJ parties, Single and new Album presentations. You will be working with our internal art, social media and business development teams as well as external music labels, artists and brands!

This role is a mix of a project manager and , but is obviously purely focused on putting together a great event or series of events. You?ll liaise with many different teams, from production, to external partners and stakeholders through to marketing and sales and content. You?ll help come up with new ideas, solutions and ways of making the shows work, even when faced with challenges and directions. They will also want to make sure everything is technically organised and well produced: for example, that all teams involved will deliver the content prior to the release date and that the communication plan gets all marketing assets necessary to create videos, banners, social media posts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorming and implementing events plans with actual and new partners;
• Making sure partners needs and goals fit Avakin?s audience and opportunities;
• Managing the event branding and communication together with the Lockwood Community team and partners;
• Making sure all assets used have the right permits and quality to go live in the game;
• Handling post-event reports internally and to partners;
• Organize and follow-up the production of each event;
• Explore and suggest monetization and promotion options to the partners;
• Updating senior management.
