Your future duties and responsibilities

Governance Meetings ? Preparation and organisation of meetings, decks, minutes, review and distribution of processes.

• Budget consolidation and follow-up
• Data gathering, and compilation, treatment, reporting
• Control actuals / variances / Forecasts
• Timetracking, Invoices, PO's
• Resource plan maintenance ? monthly / yearly / strat plan
• Procurement process ? PO creation
• Other related Ad Hoc / New requests
• Contracts

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Functional Skills

• PMO experience in large projects - Governance / Finance / Procurement;
• Analytical mind-set and oriented to details, evidence collector, documentation mind-set and organisation skills;
• Experience of working alongside internal and external providers in an international context;
• Working experience on "purchase to pay" process.

Technical Skills:

• MS Office expertise, specially Excel and Powerpoint

Attitude and Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Attentive, available and reliable
• Proactivity and results orientation
• Willing to learn and accept new challenges
• Degree in a relevant area, such as, Computer Science, Management, engineering.

• English: Independent user (B1 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

• Ability to travel - Ability to travel / ability to be relocated for short periods in other European countries
• Work remotely - Ability to work remotely for an extended period

Counts as a +:

• Ability to understand and speak French
• Participation in cloud related projects (Understanding of cloud context)
