Digital Marketing Team Leader? German market

Trust is looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader based in Lisbon to join the SEA Team of a recognized Marketing Agency.

Your day-to-day activities:

Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

Assist management with hiring processes and new team member training

Answer team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance

Communicates deadlines and goals to team members

Develop coaching sessions with each team member and assist in career development

Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

Generate and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines

Desired profile:

Native or Proficient in German

Fluency in English B2 (minimum)

At least 1 year of experience in Search Engine Marketing, Paid Search and/or Programmatic. (Mandatory)

At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader

Analytical skills (data analysis, data extraction and reporting)

Experience having daily interactions with clients in a B2B environment

Very good knowledge in Excel (PVT, VLOOKUP)
