The Loan Servicing (LS) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. This includes loans to customers of the following Business lines: Export Finance, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance, Media & Telecom, Corporate Acquisition Finance, Corporate Coverage, Commercial Banking, Trade Finance & Structured Finance.
Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system ?Loan IQ? by BNPP Fortis teams located in Brussels or BNPP CIB teams located in Paris and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Loan Servicing (LS) for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the live cycle events of the credit.

Management of all events of the life cycle of the creditS
Drawdown
Rollover of Loans
Full or partial repayment
Data update of the transactions
Transfer
Accounting for fees
Processing and following the payments related to these events
Accounting related to these events and follow up of accounting breaks
Deal termination
Middle-Office: Relationship with middle-office in charge of deals in Brussels and Paris
Closing team: Responsible with the closing team in Brussels and Paris
Contact with external interlocutors: banks belonging to banking pools and Agent Banks
