In coordination with the Customer Strategy team and in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Medical Teams, the CRM & Multichannel Assistant will participate in:
Support the implementation of the CRM & Multichannel strategy, taking an active role in:
Participate in the execution of multichannel projects in coordination with internal departments or external suppliers
Monitoring and constant improvement of the Multichannel Strategy
Improve reports for digital assets (Google Analytics)
Detection of best practices and improvements in digital efficiency
Encourage innovation through new digital proposals that meet the needs of internal and external customers
