You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
  • Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
  • Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

What you need to know about this position:

This position involves the management and business development via E-Commerce of all Mondelez brands in Portugal together with the management and optimization of the existing business and exploration of new business opportunities.

Your primary accountabilities would be:

1 - Performance optimization: optimization strategies to be applied in the various purchase stages, from acquiring buyers to the moment of purchase / conversion

2 - Potentialize and improve positioning on E-Commerce platforms

3 - Creation of content optimized for the e-commerce channel

4 - Monitoring of KPIs combining internal data and web tools

5 - Develop new business opportunities through the E-Commerce channel

Education / Certifications / Knowledge:

  • Degree in Management/Economy/Marketing/Computer Science/Applied Mathematics (Preferred)
  • SEO qualifications

Professional Experience

  • Experience in an eCommerce role between 1-3 years (Required)
  • Managing Marketplaces (Preferred)
  • CSM (wordpress, shopify, woo commerce) and HTML basics (Preferred)
  • E-mail marketing/CRM & PPC (pay-per-click) (Preferred)

  • Portuguese (Required)
  • English (Required)
  • Spanish (Preferred)
