ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As PMO within the COO Office, you support the management in the organization and further buildup of Oxygen Finance Services.

Your main activities are the following:

  • Support on transversal projects within Oxygen Finance Services
  • Facilitate relations between Oxygen Finance Services and its stakeholders
  • Ensure effective implementation of the major action plans
  • Drive the change management and the Oxygen Finance Services methodology best practice
  • Participate in the implementation of the target organization, the integration of the new joiners in this new organization, the implementation of the new internal processes
  • Verify and monitor that all the documentation is updated and in line with the applied processes
  • Contribute to transversal support activities of Oxygen Finance Services
  • Support on the definition and implementation local initiatives via projects with all people involved (definition and follow-up of the budget, planning and resources)

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Finance or Business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus
  • Client Relationship management
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to respect priorities
  • English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate)
