Job Description

Your contribution to something big

• Analyse market requirements and trends;
• Define product requirements and features;
• Initiate sales promotions and activities in cooperation with sales;
• Work with Time-To-Market (TTM) process taking products from idea to finished product;
• Lead project teams in a cross-functional setup with team members from different lines and sites;
• Identification of risks, creating transparency and proactive solution handling.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

• Strong leadership skills, taking responsibility for a specific assortment;
• Have a good technical understanding, preferred Master of Engineering Degree;
• Preferred technical knowledge in Heat Pumps;
• Proficiency with Office and project management tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS- Project, Sciforma, OneNote);
• Organization and effective presentations skills;
• Analytical and structured working style;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and optional German;
• Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment.
