Reporting to the Spain & Portugal General Manager , the mission of the Sales Area Manager will be the development of the market share and profitability of the west region of Spain and the Portuguese Market through strong partnerships with large accounts according to commercial target and company policy, while enhancing and maintaining brand image
Responsibilities
Negotiation and follow up of sales agreement, payment conditions, trade terms and conditions.
Enhance LOEWE Perfumes Brand Image through visual, merchandising, and counters activities.
Follow up client agreements and implement corrective actions if needed
Coordinate and motivate sales team
Work cross functionally with the marketing, merchandising and finance teams to ensure that we improve our network of contacts within each retailer and have the strongest and most professional retailer relationships
Analysis and follow up of all relevant KPI
Adequate knowledge of account organization and positive relationship with staff account
Communicate competition?s marketing activity
Compile monthly sales report to management .
Coordinate and motivate Field Coach to have team spirit and be goal driven.
Control regarding merchandising and sell out guidelines through field visits and in collaboration with sales representatives / Field Coach to ensure qualitative presence of the brand
Organization and leading of business reviews
Profile
Education: Master degree in commercial or marketing management
Experience: at least 5 years in a sales position, ideally in cosmetic and / or luxury environment
Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), local IT Sales System
Fluent Portuguese & English
