  • Prepare data collection;
  • Contact suppliers to get necessary information;
  • Escalate to Purchasing commodity organization for unsuccessful process and follow-up;
  • Support supplier for any question related to business usage;
  • Escalate reported supplier issues to appropriate internal teams (Purchasing, IT);
  • Manage supplier data in ERP whenever necessary;
