Responsible for the administrative support to the entire financial area, ensuring that the policies, procedures and activities instituted are executed in a timely, correct and effective manner.
Operationalization of all financial tasks (payments, bank documentation, bank compliance, among others);
Analysis of the supplier?s current accounts;
Assure administrative support across the Financial Department.
Technical skills:
Degree in Economics or Finance areas will be valued;
Previous experience in similar positions (preferable);
SAP knowledge in the operational component and basic knowledge in terms of structuring tasks and controls will be valued;
Good knowledge of MS Office tools;
Knowledge of English and French will be valued.
