Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the administrative support to the entire financial area, ensuring that the policies, procedures and activities instituted are executed in a timely, correct and effective manner.

  • Operationalization of all financial tasks (payments, bank documentation, bank compliance, among others);

  • Analysis of the supplier?s current accounts;

  • Assure administrative support across the Financial Department.

Technical skills:
  • Degree in Economics or Finance areas will be valued;

  • Previous experience in similar positions (preferable);

  • SAP knowledge in the operational component and basic knowledge in terms of structuring tasks and controls will be valued;

  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools;

  • Knowledge of English and French will be valued.
