Position Summary
For our NBS Lisbon Team, we are currently looking for an E2E Analytics Specialist. Reporting to TSQ Manager, this professional will be responsible to Transform data into insights-driven conclusions for markets to drive business outcomes and NBS Centers to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
A day in the life of...
Define the analytics strategy for IBS in the area of E2Es
- Determine the scope and approach to understand past performance in E2Es and NBS Centers to propose actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Determine the scope and approach to use predictive analytics to understand future opportunities and risks
Deliver insight driven analytics to support E2E (e.g, O2C and H2R) performance
- Provide accurate business insights leveraging analytics to allow IBS O2C and H2R teams to take informed decisions and increase internal and external visibility of E2E performance: Drive data reporting and analysis on the relevant E2E performance.
- Analyse, and transform data to provide reliable and insightful conclusions by: working with multiple organizations at regional and market level including Functions, E2E and IT to identify relevant data sources and requirements for analytics; combining and transforming multiple data using appropriate tools and reliable techniques (Access, SQL, VBA, Tableau, Macros, PowerBI, Celonis, Sisense, SPSS); analysing data to deliver insight driven conclusions to support continuous E2E performance improvement.
- Share knowledge, document and implement best practices to the analytics generation processes.
- Ensure testing of relevant developments for reliable and accurate dashboard and analytics.
- Train and promote the use of the right dashboards and relevant analytics

- Experience in analysing data and summarizing business facts
- Train, coach and develop self and others in tools, processes and reports
- Self-prioritisation of activities, balancing short term and long term
? SAP ERP, BW practical experience ? Process mining experience
- Predictive analytics experience
- Dashboard creation experience using off the shelf tools like Power BI
- Previous Procurement or Finance experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work effectively in a complex environement and to build strong professional relationship (networking)
- Ability to organise and put information in a way that is easily understood
