Digital Silk is a US-based digital marketing agency and is seeking to hire a Paid Media Manager with expertise in setting up and optimizing campaigns in Linkedin and other social media channels.
The agency is being led by a proven CEO with a successful track record. The Paid Media Manager will work directly with senior team members in ensuring clients receive optimized results.
NOTE: We also welcome mid-level paid media managers to apply for a position. We are seeking to hire both senior, director level and mid-level.
This is for a full-time, remote - work-at-home position and, as our headquarters are in the US, we do require our team members to be available during the EST working hours.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
Create paid social media strategies and effectively present them to sales pitches and existing clients
Set up social media campaigns on various platforms and optimize performance
Hire, train and lead social media and paid media team members
Create and present monthly reports on team performance with KPI?s in executive meetings
Superb speaking and copywriting skills
Driven to get results and grow with the agency
Able to work EST hours
