To join the IT team, we are looking for a Digital Business Analyst.
Reporting to Digital Services Manager, your purpose is to be a member of the cross-functional Digital Services team partnering with Consumer Data & Audiences team so the audience verification/conversion tracking / business tagging are created and deployed correctly following the Data Management Platform strategy. Be responsible for working with the DMP Specialist to ensure that the required tags are implemented correctly, and the desired data is being captured to meet the defined business needs.
A day in the life of...
  • Be a member of the Digital Services team in IT, partnering with the Businesses in order to define, deploy and sustain Digital and ebusiness solutions and improve our app and web assets.
  • Follow up of ecommerce (D2C,B2B, B2E) implementation platforms, launch of promotional websites from IT perspective, manage new IT developments, localization of websites from master templates to local templates, act as a link between business, agency and international teams, support to implement payment gateways.
  • Adapt new releases to the current solutions, support to our tagging specialist to manage Google Task manager and be able to analyze results, launch security scans to websites, request servers to international team to host websites, manage user admin in some tools to provide access to business.
  • Guarantee the IT compliance at Country/multicountry level, follow up task to remind users password changes periodically, prepare compliance reports to give visibility to the Team about the status, defend international and group audits, follow up monthly/quarterly/half-early tasks.
  • Work close to business to know their ebusiness & Digital needs and be able to provide solutions to fulfill their requirements according to group policy, manage the systems to get consumer data, understand technical KPIs (page loading time, bounce rate, etc) in order to provide improvements
What will make you successful
  • Academic background in Business Management or Engineering;
  • More than 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing teams or Digital Analytics within media/development agency or client;
  • Good to have experience in Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleClick Search, etc.);
  • Good to have analytic background and data analytics visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, CoreMetrics, etc.);
  • Knowledge of general Web best practices in SEM, SEO, and UX;
  • Ability to lead and effectively manage technical discussions. Communicating with developers in a meaningful way;
  • Ability to adapt and maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment;
  • Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated;
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Intermediate level of Spanish will be a plus.
