We are looking for a program manager that should be able to manage multiple projects with cross functional teams, partnering and collaborating with engineering, marketing, customers success, sales and partners to address key customer adoption success factors.
Your Challenges and Responsibilities
As a Product Field Strategy & Support Program Manager you?re expected to:

• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of OutSystems.
• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction OutSystems.
• Creating and managing long-term goals.
• Engage with a diversity of teams, passing them the responsibilities and monitoring their progress.
• Report the progress, by meeting with stakeholders, of all programs and map them towards each goal.
• Analyze potential program risks and actively work on mitigate them.
