This is what you'll do:

• Develop end-to-end artificial intelligence (AI) solutions from identification and evaluation of AI use cases to specification, testing and implementation, focus on but not limited to conversational intelligence
• Lead research and scouting of innovative artificial intelligence solutions with a focus on conversational intelligence
• Drive root cause analysis from different customer data platforms into customer insights using advanced data modelling and optimize every aspect of engagement with our customers, derive respective process touchpoint optimization
• Deliver predictive models with deep customer insights to enhance business development and operations such as delivery, returns, refunds, cancellations, etc.
• Establish partnerships and cooperation?s with technology partners
• Work with broad section of stakeholders which will include colleagues from IT, finance, complaints, logistics and supply chain, marketing etc.

This is what you'll bring to us:

• University Degree in economics, mathematics, computer science, data science or a comparable subject
• Experience in areas of process mining, artificial intelligence and conversational intelligence within the e-commerce industry, working in a start-up is a plus
• Knowledge in programming and implementing artificial intelligence solutions, incl. corresponding tools (e.g. IBM Watson, Microsoft AI, R, Python, SQL, RPA, Cognitive Computing, Qlikview)
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Willingness to learn in the field of deep learning and machine learning.
• Experience in agile project management (Scrum)
• Ideally you are fluent in English. Experiences in German are an advantage
• You have analytical skills and learn quickly
• You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
