Our Client is an Advisory Firm on Real Estate for institutional investors that is now recruiting an Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Development of projects in the scope of valuation, M & A and Real Estate;
- Valuations of litigations and possible benefit losses through the analysis of companies? financial reports;
- Construction of projections based on comparisons between real and hypothetical contexts;
- Cooperation in Asset Valuation Projects for investment funding;
- Market research on different properties and available grounds.
Skills:
- Bachelor?s/Master?s Degree in Economics, Finance, Management or similar areas;
- Between 2 and 3 years of experience;
- Good domain of MS Office, mainly advanced Excel;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
