The main responsabilities of the role are:

Support in updating product catalogs.

Support in the preparation of team meetings.

Support in updating retail cards.

Register Purchase Orders (POs) and manage possible incidents.

Maintain updated matrix of competitor actions and keep Company event matrix updated.

Support in the development of trade folders for sales force.

Support contact with suppliers (Follow up of productions, deliveries, etc.)

Support in the development of point of sale materials (eg declining KV of point of sale materials for other smaller parts, eg ad hoc storefronts).

Support for the coordination of replacement orders / extra implementations in moments of more volume of sales points materials;
