Responsibilities:
- Provide answers to questions and help solve problems related to Internet purchases
- Providing preventive after-sales support for all buyers, advertisers, agencies and partners,
- Product troubleshooting,
- Controlling the financial workflow generated by incoming activities across various services,
- Technical support to improve the quality of customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent spoken and written Turkish
- Motivation and willingness to work
- Being knowledgeable about running groups on facebook and other social media
