We are recruiting Marketing Specialists for a multinational company in the Automotive sector (specifically in the remarketing area) for Lisbon city.

Job Description:

The Marketing Specialists will be in charge of the Content Management, Communication and the Operational Part of the process.

Content Management

• Update and maintain the content management system (CMS) and PEEP for the 9

languages, including the Buy- and Claim in Europe pages;

• Support the rollout of additional languages on the CMS and PEEP

Poland/Norway/Swiss;

• Create visuals through Photoshop for promotional purposes on the website (i.e.

Banners);

Communication:

• Set up promotional emails in Act-On and send to specific buyer groups;

• Weekly newsletters;

• Operational changes (i.e. new transport lines);

• Specific Events (i.e EV Fridays);

• Support the rollout of Act-On automated programs (buyer journey best practices);

• Being the main marketing contact person of new markets for the business;

• Create visuals through Photoshop for promotional purposes in Act-On.
  

Operational:

• Set up call campaigns in Salesforce as agreed with team leader(s);

• Support creation of supply decks to approach vendors/buyers in specific markets.
  

Requisitos

• Speaking Fluent English;

• Speaking Native/Fluent the following languages, will be a plus:Polish/Eastern-Europe Languages/Norwegian/French/Italian or German (No Mandatory);

• The client requires a certain skill in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, but if you don?t master it yet and have

the feeling to acquire these skills in the next months then you can always give it a try;

• Being communcative, pro-active and client-oriented.
