We have a deep thinker who challenges the status quo on many things, one of the most voracious readers, a philosopher, and entrepreneur - all in one. And we are looking for a very special person who will play a key role in ensuring his life runs smoothly. He works full time running a company, as well as takes plenty of time on various activities like hiking, biking, workout, excursions, meditation.

Your role would be supporting him and his family. Things you may be working on:

• Overseeing the running of the home, including but not limited to, organizing external contractors and maintenance;
• General household duties as assigned. Maintain stock level of household supplies; food, consumables etc;
• Addressing on the fly tasks as they arise, such as researching vendors to repair broken items, and occasionally pick up kids from school;
• Finance tasks like payroll and basic accounting;
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Arranging regular, magical dinner parties

The person who is right for this role is someone who

• Has vault-like ability to maintain confidentiality and is ultra discreet
• Relentlessly resourceful - no problem is unsolvable
• Is unflappable - stress or a bit of chaos doesn't even cause you to blink
• Has a high level of emotional maturity - you take accountability for your actions, understand and manage your emotions
• Highly intelligent & can execute effectively with little guidance
• A flexible, go-with-the-flow individual who has open availability and can roll with whatever comes
• Proactive and able to work without significant direction and/or context
• Strong emphasis on follow through and closing the loop
• Is comfortable with magical and mystical experiences
• Can easily traverse different cultures and situations
• Is self-aware and looking to grow their awareness and consciousness
• Positive attitude, emotional self-discipline
• Is a ton of fun!!!

Compensation

All of your accommodation, flights, and meals will be covered, in addition to a competitive monthly salary.
