Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany in order to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a Project Management Office Consultant to one of the programs under the HR Digitalization program to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon. Be part of a HR Digitalization Program (DPDE) as part of the PMO team regarding support of program management processes:

  • Support program scheduling regarding planning, executing and controlling
  • Assist in the implementation of program management plans, methodologies, processes and tools:
    • Atlassian Jira and Confluence
    • SharePoint and MS Office
  • Office Support - Prepare program management presentations, milestone deliverables, weekly status reports, etc. as requested
  • Organize the onboarding of new program members
  • Manage/coordinate project governance at certain level
  • Provide project performance analysis and track via dashboards and analytics
  • Support, communicate and reinforce the mission, values and culture of the organization
  • Take over advocate role for continuous improvement in organization
  • Support Quality Manager regarding quality topics according to internal guidelines of Bosch (IT-PEP)

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • 3+ years of IT program/project management experience.
  • Strong combined knowledge and experience with:
    • Atlassian Jira and Confluence
    • SharePoint and MS Office
    • PowerBI (desirable)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a Global Team environment
  • Ability to coordinate diverse program with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong moderation and communication skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset
  • Strong time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong intercultural competences
