In this role, you will be part of our Enterprise Applications team, responsible end to end for Nokia's applications? portfolio, used across all Business Groups and Functions. Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organisation.
Description
The MDG delivery team is looking for a proactive key member who will have a key role in its development and maintenance. You will be part of a team that is developing and managing SAP MDG delivery practice. This is a hands-on technical role in a dynamic agile environment, working directly with developers, architects, test engineers, product management and internal customers.
Responsibilities:

  • E2E responsibility for the delivery of the project scope, budget, agreed quality and schedule;
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction, compliance and project execution;
  • Resolve issues, mitigates risks, and manage scope changes;
  • Actively contribute as a technical matter expert on an Agile oriented team;
  • Design, implement and integrate features based on the platform architecture;
  • Unit testing for each source function and function test for each user story;
  • Solution maintenance, troubleshooting, problem investigation, solution defects fix up.


Required skills:

  • Experience in IT project management
  • In-depth understanding of SAP platform and services, master data and analytics solutions
  • Proficient in SAP MDG
  • Experience in Finance, including Accounting and Human Resources
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Implementations (end-to-end);
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.


Other skills

  • International experience is a plus;
  • Experience with SAP/BW development is a plus;
  • Ability to work in and with cross-functional distributed teams, including working across multiple time zones and providing remote support;
  • Be an independent self-learner with the ?let?s get this done? approach;
  • Background in Development, Systems Architecture, and/or Operations;
  • Highly self-motivated;
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members;
  • Adaptable to changing environment;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Scrum certifications considered as a plus;
  • Willing to learn and open mind for sharing is a plus;
  • Bachelor in computer science, Master Degree considered as a plus.
