Faurecia?s VIE Program?


The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?


We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent Hub Iberia to be based in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal.


Job Duties & Responsibilities


  • Integrate the Iberia Talent Hub Team, mostly based in Portugal;
  • Source young talents to integrate the company;
  • Work closely with the sites to understand the job context and challenges, in order to identify the most suitable candidates;
  • Screen, assess and pre-select the best available talents for each job opening;
  • Ensure a positive experience for all the candidates;
  • Keep a database of interesting profiles;
  • Manage online presence and employer brand visibility to our target audiences;
  • Take part in branding campaigns according to the TA

strategy (job fairs, professional events, etc).


Qualifications


  • Master?s Degree in Busines with a specialization in HR;
  • Experience in recruitment of different profiles (Engineering, IT, Logistics, Finance, etc)
  • Experience in campus management
  • Digital / social media savvy
  • Driven by results, focus, process management
  • Inspiring and clear communicator
  • Listening skills and customer focus
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Knowledge of Spanish

The mission will last 12 months.
