We're looking for an IT Administrator and Webmaster to join our startup.
You're a strong team player, able to communicate, and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset? You will be responsible for all internal IT processes, internal IT Security projects, and be the Webmaster for our public website. In this role you will also manage and work together with IT interns.
Tasks
Act as a product owner in the development of our public website

• Fix bugs on the website yourself. Develop new functionalities and make changes to our website (Wordpress, Javascript, Scss, PHP)
• Control Costs and Website Budget
• Manage testing and deployments of new features and versions

Manage all internal tools

• Support teams in the evaluation and procurement of external SaaS tools
• Maintain and develop integrations between various internal and external tools
• Build own tools to support the teams if needed (Javascript, G Suite, Hubspot, and other internal systems)

Be responsible for Internal IT Security framework and implementation

• Help our team maintain a high IT Security practice
• Continuously measure and assess IT security framework and identify and implement new measures
• Help Marketing and Sales to comply with regulations about data processing

Lead and manage all internal IT projects

• Build and maintain a high performing, reliable IT infrastructure for our team
• Lead a team of IT interns

Requirements

• BSc/BA or MSc/MBA in Information Technology or related field
• Fluency in English; advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced skills in web technologies. (JavaScript, Wordpress, Scss, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge in IT security and security assessments
• Knowledge of working with and developing REST APIs.
• Strong computer skills, including Google GSuite and similar tools.
• High sense of responsibility and reliability.
• You possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. You are self-motivated and self-directed.
• You like to communicate and organize with various stakeholders on large projects.
• You have to be persuasive and goal-oriented.

• Portuguese / EU Passport or Permanent Work Permit for Portugal is a must
