Responsibilities
Create campaigns through all available digital marketing channels.
Analyse and review performance data to develop insights in campaign reporting;
Work with design and development teams to optimise conversion funnels;
Develop and execute strategic A/B testing framework and continually evaluate, research and test new opportunities;
Primary resource for analytics including web, social, email, and cross-platform reporting;
Establish KPI's and related metrics, analyse website key performance metrics and competitive trending.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in performance marketing (Adwords, Analytics, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, etc.);
Proven related work experience in the Brazilian & Portuguese market (eliminatory factor)
Expert level on metrics measurement and funnel optimisation, including Google Analytics and Tags Manager;
Advanced experience in search engine optimisation & marketing (SEO / SEM);
Proven track record of leveraging data for business decision making;
Fluent in English & Portuguese with the ability to formulate high-level editorial content, ad copy and creative writing;
Strong numerical and analytical skills, yet creative and inventive personality;
