Our IT Division - Group Information Systems - is looking for FCS L1 support specialists "FICO module" to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).
Summary:
To ensure both functional and technical first level support to end users within FCS domain worldwide and facilitate the proper escalation with complete documentation to upper support levels when incidents orrequests can?t be cosed.
Main Duties:
The L1 FCS Functional Support Team is the first line of functional and technical support for end users and key interface between them and the L2 FCS Regional support tems. Working in close relanthioship with Helpdesk and FCS L2 Regional teams to improve the time to resolution.
