Full Description of Position

Responsible for Account Management for the Biosimilar business. Key activities may include, amongst others:
-
Create Account Plans, aiming to implement and grow business
-
Develop relationships with a vast set of stakeholders, which may include Medical Leaders, Pharmacists, Hospital Finance Leads and Administration
-
Negotiate, taking into account the product?s positioning and value proposition, products position in hospital formulary
-
Foster cross-functional internal discussions and duly implement and follow-up on special projects, leveraging digital capabilities
-
Actively propose ideas and properly influence business decisions, as an example: customer segmentation, pricing, business priorities
-
Use strategic mindset and environment knowledge to understand market and product?s competitiveness.

Be an internal point of contact for competitive intelligence
-
Be able to take responsible and empowered decisions, based on Company?s culture and Business Unit governance.

Be able to continuously study and adquire knowledge and competences to manage and grow business
-
Be an Organon advocate and a strong role-model of its Culture and Purpose
Education, Skills & Experience Required
EDUCATION
University degree. Post-graduation will be a plus.
EXPERIENCE
-
Previous experience (3 years) in commercial positions in Pharma. Knowledge in Oncology will be a plus.
Valuable :
Oncology knowledge
Previous management of biosimilar business, from an account perspective
Project Management skills, rooted on a cross-functional discussion and perspective?s integration
