Description:

As e.near?s Financial Controller, you will be:

• Part of an inspiring highly motivated Group Cost Controlling team

• Establish yearly cost budgets for client and the various cost Center heads together with your colleagues (top-down and bottom-up process)

• Preparation of monthly budget versus actual reporting for division and budget center heads

• Lead pre-approval process by providing budget numbers and invoice approvals for all group expenses (budget and invoice approvals)

• Support headcount as well as personnel expenses management and reporting

• Contribute to the revenue and profitability measurement of sales teams

• Support preparation of financial reporting to the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders

• Responsible for expense related ad-hoc analysis and reporting to senior management

• Review of data consistency for annual and half-year financial reporting and investor relations presentations

Required Skills:

• Bachelor or master?s degree in Finance or Accounting graduated with honor or high marks

• Excellent IT skillset, specifically on Microsoft Excel, SQL and/or PowerPoint

• Client-oriented team player with strong analytical mindset, who is able to work under pressure and is well organized

• Honest, reliable, trustworthy, dedicated and passioned about her/his work

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
