Our Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to our clients' unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration, decision making and guidance. Our services focus on M&A Transactions, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements and Corporate Strategy.
Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Project Manager to be in charge of client engagements and manage a team of Associates, Senior Analysts and Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
·Generating client facing reports, presentations and pitch-books, data analysis and financial modelling
·Manage team of Associates, Senior Analysts and Analysts and their client deliverables
·Provide ongoing training and mentoring of Associates, Senior Analysts and Analysts
·Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison)
·Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives
Person Specification:
·Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role in the Financial Services Industry with strong Corporate Finance expertise
·Fluency in English at proficient level. Previous full-time education taught in English or previous full-time employment in a country of official English language are an advantage
·Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics, or similar)
·Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)
·Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the industry
