Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany in order to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a Authorizations Consultant for the Cloud and on Premise HR IT tools both in operational and project related level to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of authorization roles based on the agreed concepts and guidelines
  • Supporting the Global Applications Specialist for Authorizations in the operational level
  • Testing, rollout and documentation of the developed solutions as well as conducting training courses
  • Participation in audits and risk monitoring
  • Acting as a bridge between business and IT departments on projects in an international context
  • Incident management for Authorizations

Project Related:

  • Coordination of authorization concepts within HR
  • Development of an overarching HR authorization concept with breakdown to single HR applications
  • Requirements analysis and design of authorization concepts and system-specific authorization concepts with project leads and system owners
  • Advice and support of the project managers with regard to the requirements

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • University degree in Business Informatics or any comparable technical background
  • Experience in Authorizations topic ? cloud authorizations is desirable
  • Minimum 2 years? experience in SAP HCM (knowledge of all modules PA/OM/PY/PT/ ESS/MSS); basic knowledge of UI5/Fiori Technology
  • Very good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience working with virtual and international teams
  • Logical, structured, proactive approach to IT solutions
  • Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment
  • Proficiency in using MS office tools
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset
