We are looking for a next level PMO. This position is responsible for providing project administration support, monitoring project tasks and assisting the tracking of project controls during planning and execution of project activities, applying basic skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. The main mission of this PMO is to create and make the right tools available to prioritize the IT investment portfolio, to promote the alignment with business strategy and define and maintain the project and capacity management operating models.

Main responsibilities:
Understand, anticipate & influence IT demand
Promote a balanced portfolio
Lead demand prioritization principles
Produce portfolio challenging information to support decisions and top management report
Lead the project management practices definition and drive change
Influence project delivery lead time
Skills we value:
Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent, having accomplished a challenging scientific degree (preferential);
Know-how on data analytics, advanced analytics and business intelligence;
3 -5 years? experience in similar roles (PMO or project management);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools mainly excel;
Good organizational skills;
A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy;
A team player spirit;
A passion for technology;
Adaptable, flexible attitude and resilient to perform well under pressure;
Multi-tasking behavior;
Fact oriented, analytical mindset and people focus;
Commitment to continuous learning;
Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the organization, at different levels, build bridges and easily connect with others;
Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities, understand the organization levels of priority and urgency and respond to work accordingly whilst respecting deadlines;
Good attention to detail, strong ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms;
Fluency in English both written and oral.
