Job Description

Shared Services Strategy Execution :

  • SLA Management and governance

  • Service catalog / Process / SOP framework management

  • Dashboard framework management

  • Recharging model

  • Quality assurance & Compliance framework management

  • Business Continuity Management framework / Risk map

  • Market data monitoring

  • Develop and implement strategy plan

  • Promote Shared Services value proposition


FP&A Strategic PlanningPerformance Management :

  • Monthly closing / forecast / budget set up / variances analysis

  • Monitor Balance Score Card (People / Process / Partner / Cost)

  • Align ressources with priorities

  • Translate orientation in budget and plan

  • Design Bcases which support plan


Project Management & Change Management :

  • Manage end to end projects in line with the company transformation program

  • Create change management framework and toolkit

  • Manage integration of new scopes (countries / functions)

  • Influence end to end process and functional stakeholders

Continuous improvement / Lean :

  • Support Service Delivery in providing innovation and resolving performance issues

  • Promote Lean approach in Shared Services

  • Monitor and implement innovation opportunities for digitalization and automation. Manage the automation roadmap


IT Services and Functional administration management:

  • Manage IT SLA (Run:infra / network / devices management)

  • Manage IT demand management / prioritization

  • Manage finance functional administration

  • Manage automation / RPA initiative


Procurement / Facilities:

  • Facility related contract management / sourcing

  • Operations facility management

Key collaborations :

  • Shared Services Strategy Execution : Country CFOs, Product organization, Tech team, Group Strategy, Internal control, Internal audit

  • FP&A Strategic PlanningPerformance Management : Group Finance, Group PMO

  • Project Management & Change Management : Tech team, Project sponsors, Group HR

  • Continuous improvement / Lean :Product organization, Tech team

  • IT Services and Functional administration management: Group IT, Process Owners

Procurement / Facilities: Group S&P, Group legal


MAJOR AREAS OF COMPETENCY NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS :

  • Proven track records in implementing process improvement
  • Experience with cross cultural teams
  • KPI oriented


This postion is based in Portugal


Qualifications

Previous experience :

  • Proven experience in transformation projects in multi-cultural environment
  • Management of teams (5 to 10 + indirect management)
  • Strong Finance background (accounting / controlling)
  • Lean process / continuous improvement project management
  • IT solutions implementation management
  • Previous experience in Shared Services Center is a plus

Education level / certificates :

  • 10 years in similar position
  • Graduated from Business School or University Master Degree

Languages :

  • Fluent english
  • Portuguese is a +
  • French is a +

Computer skills and software used :

  • Oracle FInance
  • SAP FI CO
  • SAP FC

Personal characteristics :

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strength to translate technical information into common language
  • Problem solving skills
