The Challenge
This new category of products allow us to face the spirit of a fast growing product embedded in a controlled environment of a global company. Because of the dynamic of this new reality, our department of Commercial Intelligence is looking for a Senior Commercial Intelligence Analyst to support the Manager, internal stakeholders and the management team of the organization in the decision-making process.
The successful candidate will build a solid business acumen by integrating and challenging all the quantitative and qualitative existing analysis in Commercial Intelligence Department (e.g. business, commercial team, regional unit, channel performance and commercial tools analysis). In the same time deliver the needs of other key stakeholders such as Planning, Commercial, CX, Portfolio and Customer Care. Will be part of the core team to support all the analysis requested from the management team, stakeholders and manager of department and will have the seniority to work on a standalone basis to establish his own accountabilities and prioritize in accordance with the value added by each analysis / task.
Your ?day to day?

  • To integrate and challenge all the quantitative and qualitative existing analysis in Commercial Intelligence Department (e.g. business, commercial team, regional unit, channel performance and commercial tools analysis);
  • Support the Manager of the department and the management team on all the analysis and other ad-hoc requests;
  • Challenge and Propose all the commercial information to be shared and help to automate data collecting and sharing
  • Be autonomous to request the collection and analysis of information currently not available;
  • Support the commercial strategy of the company;
  • Follow up in what regards to the different deliverables in timely manner;
  • To work close and support all Commercial Team in order to conclude insightful take away to adapt or incorporate in the strategy;
  • Work alongside with CX, Strategic Planning and BI departments in order to improve the level of analysis and data quality;
  • Identify and systematize opportunities to improve current processes, systems and procedures.

Who we?re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a hands on business analyst either in-house or strategic consulting;
  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Finance, Economics or related field;
  • Solid problem-solving/logic reasoning and strong analytical skills;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Capacity to manage various projects in the same;
  • Knowledge of MS office: master of Excel and good knowledge of Powerpoint;
  • Knowledge of BI Tools, such as SQL, Power BI and Pyhton will be a plus;
  • Knowledge of Data Models and programming tools to collect data more efficient way will be plus;
  • Critical stance, proactivity and attention to detail;
  • Organizational and planning capabilities, having the ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing circumstances;
  • Good communication and relational skills, being comfortable working independently as well as in a team;
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity;
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese;
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit to work in Portugal.
