To help achieve our goals and growth expectations, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly-motivated Data Analyst, whose main focus will be supporting our Revenue team in maximizing revenue through creating demand analyses and reporting tools and mechanisms to be combined with strategies for optimal stock allocation and dynamic pricing optimization. Reporting directly to the Revenue Manager, you will be in a position of great strategic significance and high exposure, being responsible for analyzing data patterns, formulating algorithms with the data in the existing database, proposing changes to it with the goal of reporting insights in a clear and actionable way and creating the models that will support the decisions which will lead to maximizing sales and conversion - the key metrics on which you performance will be measured.

What you'll do:

  • Retrieve and analyze available data, prepare useful reports, and communicate suggestions for pricing strategies, pricing adjustments, and fleet occupancy;
  • Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business and risk needs through visualization;
  • Build reports and analyses on inventory management (stock allocation per city and date), rates and restrictions through the revenue management system;
  • Improve and monitor our Dynamic Pricing algorithm together with our Product & Technology Team, based on past behaviour and revenue management fundamentals;
  • Create, improve and monitor mechanisms and procedures to gather, analyze, and react to competition pricing, offers, and initiatives;
  • Monitor demand trends and competitive landscape to benchmark activity on an ongoing basis. Create and maintain a demand calendar model running 13 months for pricing;
  • Working with the Product & Technology Team to improve and evolve measurement, tracking, and data management platforms to gain deeper insight into the impact of Pricing strategies.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative discipline (such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Operational Research) or in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent experience;
  • Up to 2 years of experience in an analytical role, with keen attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel;
  • Prior experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI);
  • Highly analytical and systematic mindset with attention to detail and the ability to maintain focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Self-driven, showing ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data;
  • Proactive approach and can-do attitude;
  • Fluent in English.
