Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

  • In the scope of sales and logistics, with integration in finance and controlling, you will:
    • on one side, support Bosch Sales Organizations in multiple countries and;
    • on the other side, cooperate with multiple IT and Specialist worldwide Bosch departments, aiming the definition and development of related processes.
  • Regarding Bosch Sales organizations, you will be the Central Point of Contact, and Process Integration Manager and Expert in SAP.
  • Support the creation, and request the realization, of services (Business Requirements), as well as support the relevant key-users in testing, training, incident and change management.
  • Act as interface between Sales Organizations and the multiple IT and Specialist Bosch departments worldwide.
  • Integrated with these latter departments, support process development and standardisation/harmonisation, evaluate impacts and interdependencies of processes and activities, aligned with a common strategy.
  • Participate in decisions regarding changes within the process chain, challenging decisions if necessary.
  • Participate in initiatives, workshops, meetings, and projects that involve their process chain supplying information as a consultant when issues arise.
  • Provide and in some cases seek consultancy. Will engage in business requirement (BR) development for new implementations and existing processes.
  • Assist in implementations (share experience, best practice, facilitate). Will ensure training material is available for all key elements of their process chain.


What distinguishes you:

  • Good overall knowledge of functional aspects of SAP R/3 modules SD and MM, with good process know-how;
  • Overview of SAP R/3 FI and CO, especially in what regards its integration with SD and MM, with process know-how;
  • Project management know-how;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Willingness to travel (always in full observance of current pandemic restrictions);
  • Minimum language skills: C1 in English and Portuguese; B1 in Spanish.
